How long is turnaround?

Standard turnaround is a maximum of 5 days for completed photo or video work.

How do I reserve my date?

A signed contract and 50% retainer are required before a date is considered booked.

When is the remaining balance due?

After the shoot. Final photos and videos are not delivered until the remaining balance is paid.

Can I reschedule?

Yes. Rescheduling is free and new dates are subject to availability.

What about bad weather?

Rain, snow or other weather does not automatically cancel an outdoor session. If you are comfortable continuing and conditions are reasonably safe, we can work.

What if I am late?

Just communicate. After 30 minutes with no communication, the photographer may leave.

Do I get RAW files?

RAW and unedited files are not included. They may be available for an additional fee.

Can I request additional edits?

Yes. Reasonable additional editing requests are currently included at no additional charge.

How many photos do I receive?

The edited image count varies by session. No fixed number is promised unless stated in your individual agreement.

Do you travel?

Yes. Gainesville, Atlanta, Blue Ridge and surrounding areas are served. Trip-specific travel arrangements or charges are discussed before booking.

Will you post my photos?

The Perfect Shot may share completed work in its portfolio or social channels. If you prefer not to be posted, say so and that preference will be respected.
