Retainer & booking

A 50% retainer and signed contract are required to reserve a session date. An inquiry alone does not reserve a date.

Remaining balance

The remaining balance is due after the shoot and before final photos or videos are released.

Cancellation

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session result in forfeiture of the 50% retainer. Other cancellation terms are governed by the client agreement.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is currently free. New dates remain subject to availability.

Weather

Rain, snow, sleet or other weather does not automatically cancel a session. If the client wants to continue and conditions are reasonably safe, the session may proceed. Safety takes priority.

Late arrival

If you are delayed, please communicate. After 30 minutes without communication, the photographer may leave.

RAW files & edits

RAW or unedited files are not included and may require an additional fee. Reasonable additional editing requests are currently free.
