Booking status
An availability request is not a confirmed booking. Your date is officially reserved after the required contract and 50% retainer are received.
Payments & delivery
The remaining balance is due after the shoot and before photos or videos are delivered. Completed work is delivered through a Lightroom shared link, with standard turnaround of no more than 5 days.
